A new dining destination has arrived at Colonnades, with 18th Street Hot Pot now open near ALDI.

Known for its modern take on the popular Asian street food style of hot pot, 18th Street Hot Pot allows customers to build a meal their way. Choose from more than 80 fresh ingredients, including premium meats, seafood, vegetables, mushrooms, noodles and dumplings, before selecting a signature broth or flavour-packed dry pot and your preferred spice level.

To celebrate its arrival, 18th Street Hot Pot will be offering free ice cream from Friday 2 October to Monday 5 October, between 11am and 7pm daily.

From Tuesday 6 October, the restaurant will trade from 11am to 9pm, seven days a week.

The celebrations continue with grand opening specials, including 30% off on Thursday 8 October, 20% off on Friday 9 October and 10% off on Saturday 10 October.

Whether you’re dining with friends, meeting the family for dinner or grabbing a quick lunch, 18th Street Hot Pot offers a fresh and interactive experience, with flavours ranging from mild to fiery and endless ingredient combinations to explore.
