Happy Birthday Bakers Delight
There is nothing like the smell of freshly baked bread. At Bakers Delight there are so many delicious options to choose from. Classic White Loaf, lunchbox favourite the Cheesymite Scroll, Boston Buns, Speciality Loaves. What about afternoon tea with a scone, finger bun or Apple & Walnut log?
This month they turn 40! Bakers Delight was started by one family back in 1980 and now there are over 500 family businesses, providing freshly baked bread and treats across Australia.
It's been an unforgettable four decades of nice & simple bread and we can't wait for what's to come!

Here's a some dessert recipe inspiration. Super easy and super delicious:
Raspberry & Coconut Trifles
4 Bakers Delight Raspberry & Coconut Scones, roughly chopped
1 punnet raspberries
1 packet raspberry jelly
250ml (1 cup) cream
2 tbs caster sugar
1 lime, zested and juiced
450g custard roughly chopped
STEP 1 Place the raspberries into four mason jars. Make jelly according to pack instructions and pour evenly into the jars. Place into fridge to set for 2-3 hours
STEP 2 In the meantime pour cream, caster sugar and lime juice into a small bowl. Whisk until thick and set aside
STEP 3 Remove mason jars from the fridge and top evenly with custard, chopped Raspberry & Coconut Scones and cream
STEP 4 Garnish with remaining raspberries and lime zest. Serve immediately
